We are a factory with two expansive facilities, employing around 500 workers and encompassing a total workshop area of 20,000 square meters.2With 20 years of apparel manufacturing expertise, we excel in supporting OEM & ODM operations. We proudly hold a BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, authorizing us to produce Gore's esteemed COF & TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, our MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How to know the price?
To determine the price, we consider factors including the style of garments, fabric and accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern intricacy, and the quantity of garments.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept L/C at sight, a 30% deposit, and 70% payment against the copy of B/L. Additionally, we can accommodate D/A 30 days and 60 days with a 1% - 2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
Generally, our lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported. We are flexible and can adjust our production plan for urgent orders.
Q6: How to customize a sample?
Contact us with your detailed requirements, including preferred fabric, desired style, specific artwork, quantity needed, size chart, and color options. For accurate results, we recommend sending a sample for reference.
Q7: What is the estimated time frame for receiving samples?
Initial proto samples typically take 10-15 days when using substitute materials. Subsequent samples, made with the correct materials, generally take around 10 days. The exact timing may vary based on quantity and complexity.
Q8: What is the cost associated with obtaining a sample?
The sample charge is set at twice the regular price to guarantee quality. We employ stringent control procedures and have professional technicians to ensure optimal results.
